We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, wherever we operate. We will uphold all laws relevant to countering bribery and corruption, including the Bribery Act 2010, in respect of our conduct both at home and abroad.
We are required by law to carry out Gender Pay Reporting under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 and publish this data on our website and the government website within one calendar year of the 5th April 2022. The required snapshot data was assessed on the 5th April 2022 using the existing HR and payroll records from our Group Head Office at Donaldson House in Glenrothes, Fife.
